Can my company pay for me?
Absolutely. 65% of our members use their professional development budget, or simply ask their leadership team to pay for their membership. If you would like us to help you sell your membership to your leadership team, simply apply and we’ll send over resources for you to use.
Pro Tip: If you’re about to accept an offer to a new role, negotiate your membership in your offer!
What does a typical week look like?
You’ll get to work with our coaches to level up on core SDR skills. You’ll participate in live workshops, be given challenges, and learn from unique content. We’ll also bring in a special guest to run intimate Q&A sessions.
Do I need to be an SDR?
Yes. Our community is exclusively for current and future SDRs or BDRs. We’re hyper-focused on solving the problems with the SDR role today and skilling up SDRs for impactful careers.
Will I improve?
Our coaches and content are world-class and will help you level up and increase your chances of hitting your targets. We’ll work with you on a one-on-one basis to help you achieve your goals. You’ll also learn from our other incredible members.
What topics do you cover?
Our core channels include social selling, cold calling, experimental prospecting, inbound selling and copywriting, and career coaching.
Does it matter which company I work for?
No, it doesn’t! Our coaching membership is for SDRs or BDRs at any type of company. You need to be hungry to learn and willing to invest in yourself and the community.

Are you a fit? You should:
